After breakfast on the cliff top and as it was such a lovely day I sacrificed the walk with Mag and went and got my gear !!! With the wind blowing directly offshore I rigged 9.4 on the longboard and headed up the coast on a tight reach.I ended up turning by the lighthouse on Orford Island approx. 10 miles !!! that's further than I intended to go but the Sea king rescue helicopter was hoving for ages out to sea and there was several people fishing in boats and I had my mobile !!!! The reach back was mega 10 miles planing most of the way into the sun !!!! So nearly 2hrs out in the winter sunshine !!! but my hands were v.cold when I landed back at the Dip !!!!
